Happy Holidays!

This week in second grade we identified the sequence of events in non-fiction reading. We finished our second math unit and began our measurement unit. Our science unit on animals concluded with building bird feeder prototypes. We practiced making diagrams for informational writing. 

Next week we will review reading skills, continue with our new math measurement unit, and write Secret Santa letters to classmates. Friday afternoon we will celebrate at our winter party. Please check out the sign-up page if you are interested in helping in anyways.
